Pilates Soft & Gentle

This class follows the Classical Flow but is at a slower pace so you can pay attention to form and working correctly. Much of the reformer routine is complicated and takes time to learn and understand. In this class you can take the time to focus on the movements without feeling rushed. Finishing your class with a gentle massage for your back neck will make you feel great during the day!!

Recommended for new clients and people with injures who wants to exercise!

Pilates Level I

This is for people who want to continue to work at a moderate pace. We Introduced a wider range of exercises and explore in more detail how to breathe, stabilize and mobilize the body, gaining much greater control and power.

In this class we do not stand on any of the apparatus.
Recommended for new clients and people with injures who wants to exercise!


Pilates Level II

In this class we will be thrown into the mix to add new challenges to the body and mind exercises.





Pilates Level III

Is an exciting blend of fast-paced movement and deep stretches. At this level the exercises flow from one to the next and requiere a balance of strength and flexibility to accomplish these challenging movements. If you are looking for a challenge this class is for you!

Not recommended for people with any kind of injures of beginners.

Pilates Advanced

This class is for those of you who have accomplice Level I, II & III. It asks for accuracy & thoughtfulness as much as fitness. We combine a lot of different and challenge exercises in a fast and fluid pace, making you use every part of your body!

You will be trained like an instructor!
In order to take this class, you need teacher’s approval.
